Author Topic: Escape Overlay Released [NARG]  (Read 494286 times)

Then what have I been doing for the last 2 years during building :o

clicking the done button/pressing enter

wait I just tested on a vanilla copy of blockland and the B button does buy bricks :O

Also in other news, the v0.4 beta is almost finished and will probably be sent out to testers tomorrow or the day after if I am feeling lazy.

Sorry lugnut but I cannot replicate your issue.  Calling Canvas.PopDialog(PlayGui); and then Canvas.pushDialog(PlayGui); does not clear the HUD inventory as you suspected.  A console trace would be appreciated.

A couple of glitches to report here:

1. Moving the bricks window causes lag.
2. some of the GUI elements in the brick menu overlap into the brick inventory. (I'll post a pic of it in a few minutes to show you what i mean, it's kinda hard to explain.)

fasdf email/pm please

If this is something with the GUI replacer, it is probably not something I am willing to fix

1. Moving the bricks window causes lag.

Huh, you are right.  No idea why this is, doing a trace shows that no functions are being called while it is moving.  It seems the more rows that are added, the laggier it gets.  I find this strange because the brick selector already has literally hundreds of bitmaps already on it, so I figured adding a few dozen more wouldn't be that big of a difference, but whoa holy stuff it does.  For this reason I think I am going to keep the maximum row cap at 5 where it is.

TMBI reminds me of RTB 1.045.

2. Event Bot - An extension of BuildBot, would allow the loading of events - I was working alot on this until I realized it would be so un user friendly that I could not imagine anyone but myself actually using it.
You think this is user unfriendly...
You should see my pic2brick, 100% command line, does not take spaces, case sensitive, and a cryptic readme...

user success rate 1/8 (that 1 is me)

So did you ever find out why I kept having that one issue?

So did you ever find out why I kept having that one issue?

no, that was really bizarre.  I am thinking you might have a conflicting mod or something, but if you can manage to trace it, that would be great.

Also:
Hey guys it would be really neat if you would get me extra space by clicking this link and signing up for dropbox.

If you don't have dropbox, get it because it is sweet, but make sure you use this link: http://db.tt/ppCf1u0

I can give you free file hosting space on my website if you want, I got almost 3000mb of space and i'm not going to be able to use all of it up.

I have no limit on space and I could also offer this.

My host has absolutely no issues with the fact that I used 3.6TB of bandwidth last month.

how the forget does it get that high

Does the TMBI ui hide when you have the hide gui checked in your options?

yes

I do enough filming to know how important this can be

I don't plan on adding that.  It really shouldn't just stay open when it isn't being used, especially since it is by default almost twice as big as the original brick inventory.

Although then again it is a pref, so what the heck.  I don't know a single person that keeps their brick inventory always on, though.
