For mac players - They let you play all games for mac

Their servers must be bad-ass if they can play millions of games at once.

Cloud-gamers will be jelly when their internet goes down.
Gonna restate this. Cause it sums up the biggest problem of Onlive.

this is pretty sweet being able to run big games, there's no monthly fees? thought there was

But I can run big games.
I don't need this.
It won't start for me anyway. :P

Onlive is free like Steam, and the games are one payment. However, they have a monthly deal where you get 50-60 games (and growing) for $10 a month.

EDIT: Actually it's 60+ games and games are added regularly. It even has games like Just Cause 2, FEAR 2, Borderlands, Deus Ex, Bioshock, Homefront Multiplayer, and Hitman etc.

Yeah, because that thread was active for a while.

Anyways, I really don't see the perks in this.

people who can't afford $1,000 computers don't need to fork over the cash to play big games

I tried this out at E3. It's pretty nice, but don't expect to enjoy it unless you have a good internet connection.

Oh please.
My 500 pc can max out everything I've tried.

The Brag Clip feature on Onlive is pretty fun too, you press alt + B and it saves a clip of the last 10 seconds of your game and saves it you your profile. Mafia 2 brag clip section is filled with the research magazines lol

Except when you go over your monthly bandwidth limit because of this you realize how dumb it is.
And if you have a monthly bandwidth limit, your ISP sucks rooster.
