I've been playing FPS games for 15 years or so and never once did I even think about not being able to see my feet.

The F.E.A.R games have feet

You're an idiot.

Well it's bullstuff they call this first person view when they neglect true first person. It should be floaty arm view.

It's not just feet either, how come you can't see your body, shoulders, the rest of your arms, etc.

whats funny about portal 2 is the video where you're sucked out onto the moon, for a split second chell's right arm detaches

I think F3ar and Duke Nukem allow you to see your torso and stuff as well, but only in Mirrors Edge can you see all the parts of yourself as in real life.

but you can't see any of your body in blockland...

You can see your body, hand, and stuff in v00002/RTB v1.045.

I stopped giving a stuff about these threads once I noticed that Lord Tony passive aggressively hates all first person shooters.

OT: I actually kinda like not being able to see your feet, it reduces screen clutter and lets you see the ground below you better. I want to see what pick ups I'm getting, not what I use to stomp on them. Plus, since the two greatest FPS's of all time had no feet, it's even less of an issue.

Now go play TimeSplitters and marvel at the fact that you don't even have hands.

Because its that important. When do you need to know where your feet are? There are no mirrors in Bioshock. Its not like you will see your entire body anyways

I don't like looking down just to see that I have no damn lower torso. It takes me out of the first person experience.

Go play Mount & Blade then.

I love seeing feet in games, it's like mirrors edge
