is it not normal to look down and not see anything IRL?

is it not normal to look down and not see anything IRL?

Apparently so, people's only come back is "hur dur well why are you looking down all the time" I guess we shouldn't look down at all because that's the most logical option.

ZB

Two points:

First, if you are always looking down to see your pickup, you should be glad you can't see feet, or else you just be seeing them instead of the pickup.

Second, I tested this myself by actually standing up from my computer and looking down, and given your character's range of motion in that game, you can't even look down far enough to be able to see more than just your toes out of the corner of your eyes.

But none of this really matters, since it's pretty clear to me now that either Lord Tony is just trolling us now or is deliberately trying to find fault with this game, no matter what he must do.

The F.E.A.R games have feet
that must have been difficult during production
what with the games always walking off

This is bullstuff, I never had this issue in any other game that has feet. Besides you were probably standing on items directly under your feet, does that sound like a smart thing to do? Can you pick up items in real life when you stand directly over them?

If they added such a feature you would of been able to see your entire lower torso. Judging from the main menu screen movie. Also what do you mean your character's range of motion? He can somehow look down at a full 90 degree angle with out bending his back.

But none of this really matters, since it's pretty clear to me now that either Lord Tony is just trolling us now or is deliberately trying to find fault with this game, no matter what he must do.

I'm not trolling, I simply do not loving like this lazy bullstuff. If I wanted to complain I would start with issues like texture pop in, lack of animations for weapons and items and near impossible hack sequences due to broken circuits and alarms that block my path by 100%.

I find it funny that if someone who actually wants to see their loving legs in a first person shooter you think they are trolling.

Only games I know where you can see your own feet is L4D and Halo 3.

And Duke Nukem Forever, Mirror's Edge, Bioshock 2 and there has to be some other games.

Well DUH. All that friend ever does is complain and whine about how everything is bad.

Well DUH. All that friend ever does is complain and whine about how everything is bad.

And friends like you are the reason why game developers neglect feet. I can only imagine how horrible mirror's edge would be if feet didn't show.

It's not true first person and I don't like being reminded that I am just pair of floating hands every time I look down. If I wanted to actually complain and whine then I would because I can list to you every single flaw I've found but I don't care about those flaws. I still like Bioshock, the game is fun I just don't like the lack of feet.

I just don't like the lack of feet.
So you look down at your feet for as long as you can?

am i the only one laughing at this?

So you look down at your feet for as long as you can?

Only when picking up items or looking at the scenery.

Geez, how many times you got to say that I look down all the time. I already told you when I look down.

Lord Tony has a foot special interest.

You also cant see the tip of your nose in most FPS games.
The forget, man?

Lord Tony should play Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing,
It should be perfect for him.
Wait, BETTER IDEA, we should complain about 2D flowers in Brothers in Arms: Highway to Hell.
Oh No, Better Idea. Complain about how you cant see your gun in Rainbow Six, or your arms, body or feet. But its all good, you can stare at your buddies booted feet for however long you desire. OR you could stop complaining about not being able to see your feet and just enjoy the game for what it is.
