Need Wand Addon

I need the Wand add on so I can make a new one but only a prop. Coulden't find in my Add-on folder.

If not there is one in the Legend's Medpack 1, 2, or 3. Called Magic Wand.

The Wand isn't an Add-On, it's build into the game and the code is encrypted.

Actually, I find it humorous some people think things like this are Add-Ons. I understand, since the Jeep among other things are done in this way, but still.
