Nuzlocke Challenge (Pokemon)

There is a challenge for pokemon.
This is the nuzlocke challenge.
You can find where it originated from nuzlocke.com which a comic about Ruby, the main character in pokemon Ruby. Obviously he made up alot of elements, and jokes. It's pretty funny, and I myself have never tried this challenge.

I did a similar challenge with my friends unused Pearl (he transfered all the pokemon to white so he let me have it for a bit)

It went more like this
1. You can only use your starter and 2 other pokemon you catch.
2. Pokemon that faint must go in a box and you cannot use them again.

I went all the way to the 5th gym then just stopped.
