If you mean literally the desktop, then there is no virus, so nothing in Blackhole.zip can do that. If you mean the screen, it depends on the viewing program. WinRAR opens a new window if you open a zip within a zip, so if you don't close the previous windows, then yes it will. 7zip and the one windows comes with won't do that though.
