I see nothing useful about it. I'm fine with RPs as long as they do not intrude into my time and space and they aren't too stupid. I'm doubly not fine with this.
However, even if I was fine with RPs, RPing, and RPers, I would still think that this really isn't the best of suggestions. I wouldn't even rank it as good. You see, the use for a pacifier is so obscure that it would only be useful on idiotic little servers which ultimately lead blockheads down a spiraling path to love RPs.
This is what I believe.
Also, when you say that he does not suggest some RPG mod or whatever, he is requesting an RPG add-on, which is pretty much no different.
