In case anyone's a statistics freak like spock is becoming:

It should be up all the time. If it does not appear on the server list, it's probably running but unlisted since it's empty. Should you still wish to join it you can use its IP address, 69.64.33.32:32800.

i tried to connect and it appears that i cannot connect to the server...so its probably offiline or something?

yeah I tried earlier and it's not up. I'll start it.

Alright here's some of my Ideas

Necrotic Knife - Deals about 15ish damage, upon killing a Human, would spawn a zombie with 50 Health, zombies attack with melee claws
Damnation Curse - Same thing as a Necrotic knife, but this is a Curse, which all humans killed inside would turn into Zombies.

Insanity Curse/Spell - In the Curse version Friendly Fire is enabled on all humans inside, and one of their Number would start fireing his weapon like Mousefire(1); while turning around randomly, in the Spell version it would work just like the Curse, only you would know that the person you hit would be the Insane one.

Shadowy Explosion (Something like that) Passive curse/spell - When you die, you explode into a blast of shadows which blind nearby humans, possibly push them back a little

Voodoo Knife - About 5-15ish Damage. When you hit somebody, for about am Minute you can swing the knife again (From a Distance, or you can them again and deal the damage of the knife + the Effect) You deal 1-5 Damage and make them move a little bit in a Random Direction.

Douser passive spell - Halves all incoming Lava and Flamethrower Damage. Possibly making you immune to flamethrower when Crouched. Also prevents Flamethrower from Stacking Flame hits

Bloody Knife - deals 5 Damage to start, and +5 Damage each time you hit the Same person.

Jynx curse - Makes it impossible for weapons to be Equipped while you are inside it, looks like a Blue bubble cloud from the LoZ series.

Cursed Knife - Prevents healing for 10 Secounds when you are hit by it, about 5-15 Damage for this one.

Vampyric  Knife - an Additional Quarter/half of all damage dealt is turned into HP

Ghost activate-able Passive - For 30 seconds Stalker isn't able to damage, or be damaged, also passes through Players

Undying Passive - Acts like a Dead Ringer.

Reduction Passive/Curse - Curse version reduces all damage dealt to Stalkers in cloud, Passive spell could be activated for 30 seconds to reduce Incoming Damage

Toxic knife - Deals 3 damage, and 1 damage a second for a Minute.

Forms, possibly would be Passive spells

Crawler Stalker - Has a total of about 50 ish Hp, but can wallclimb looks sort of hunched over.
Flying Stalker - has 50-70 HP, can fly, looks like Crawler stalker with Wings
Large Stalker - Slower but has a Damage reduction of about 10 ish, and has  a total of 150 Hp, possibly restricted to using a Large Sword or Club.

That's about all I can come up with for now.


Edit: two new knives

Chaos Knife - Deals 5-40 Damage total, doesn't backstab, and moves the Human stabbed with it in a random direction for 5 secounds.

Leech knife - Looks actually like Claws, when  a Stalker backstabs a human with it, they climb on their back and slowly steals their health, sort of like a Jockey, the Human is unable to remove the Stalker themselves, Doesn't deal any damage except for Backstabs.

It looks So much better when there is light, but, Its a loving awesome server.

Disliking Chaos knife and bloody knife.

Some sort of throwing knife would be cool.

It's a good start but definitely not perfect. The organization is kind of messy. I'm not sure how I'd want it done, really.
How would you like them organized? What is the var for a players shop points?

how do you view achi points

serrated or momentum knife + griping shadows + psychosis = my loadout

also stalkers need a curse item that renders flamers completely useless in its area

Some sort of throwing knife would be cool.
A throwing knife was to be one of the five original knives but was scrapped because we wanted the stalkers to be completely melee-based.

You're not the first person to suggest something like this, so I'll repeat myself here for anyone else who would suggest something like this:

If the flamethrower is OP, the solution to this problem is to reduce the effectiveness of the flamethrower, not to make arbitrary items that indirectly reduce its effectiveness.

EDIT: Server back up (Kalph's servers crashed at some point last night) running a significant update.

Played this a few times.

This server deserves more attention.


I personally enjoy everything.

Except getting frozen and tazed.

it makes sense that it stacks, but really? 15 health per tick? its a bit much when you get torched for more than 2 seconds

and all melee for stalkers makes sense. throwing knives would be cool though

Will ban next time I'm able to access the server.

It doesn't stack and only does 5 dmg/tick
