forget. There's not much point getting a really beefy system unless your monitor is at least 1080p (1920x1080).I'll still list some parts that are beastly anyway, cause you may wish to upgrade your monitor in the future, and this will handle new games on max way into the future.
That laptop isn't worth it, I reccommend this one instead; http://www.asus.com/Notebooks/Gaming_Powerhouse/G73SW/Cheaper as well.

Thank you.
Wait and see what the other guy suggests too, I'm curious :)
My stuff is more powerful than an 18x and I got it new on sale for 1.2kumad OP?
holy mother of god $500 for a GPUguess you end up paying quite a bit for a quality one though, right? :c
Im probably going to just have my mom buy Windows 7, because she seriously needs to upgrade.
So, instead of buying the $100 one I suggested, get this one:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116716From what I remember (I haven't bought a non OEM OS in a while) you can get 3 copies out of it. One for you, one for your mother, and one for me!kidding :D And you also get some free Trend Micro for your new PC :D
Argh, I did a bit of research, some people say it's possible, some people say it isn't. IDK.
