Well right now I'm currently getting back into playing BC2 but I used to play 2142 and BF2 a lot

I'm not being a battlefield fanboy btw lol

Just wondering, 'cuz before I bought BF2 I asked for it at a store and they thought I was talking about Bad Company.

That made me so pissed.

forget. I know exactly what you mean. I had the exact same thing happen to me.

CS:S, TF2, HL2, Black Ops.

I hate when people think Battlefield 3 is going to be a sequel to Bad Company 2, then I tell them its a sequel to Battlefield 2 and then its like they get all confused because they probably thought Bad Company 1 was the first Battlefield. Then they proceed to actually tell me that I don't know anything about games or some stuff because I don't play Black Ops all day, and that automatically somehow makes me look like I'm a Battlefield fanboy.

But that's the gamers at my school for ya

Every single Valve game.  :cookieMonster:

Half life 2 is my all-time favorite FPS, Bioshock being in second place.

Also, stop counting Portal as an FPS. The goal of it is to solve puzzles, not shoot things to end their lives or destroy them. I might all well call Minecraft an FPS because t is in first person and you shoot arrows. The only reason you people try to deny Portal not being an FPS is because you're fanboys who need to mention that game at every chance.

My favorite FPS is now Deus Ex.  It's just so good.

By definition it IS an FPS where you fire a portal gun, lol.  But yes it does stand on its own for not being a war-based game.
