Put the hands folder you have in

cstrike\materials\models\weapons\vmodels\

Just put everything in your cstrike folder. Anything you don't have is created. If it doesn't work, flag the skin for being broken.

because when I had Css without skins the game barely lagged
then I installed skins and it lags like hell
