in what universe is that considered close to any style of dubstep? if we start considering electro house to be dubstep/brostep, why not just let 2 step be considered dubstep too? hell, garage is sorta kinda close

I'm not a dubstep fan, but I do like Skream. He kind of artfully crafts his dubstep instead of just making it sound like "WUBWUBWUBWUBSKREEEEEEEEEEEEEE EEEEEEE."

I'm not a fan of commonstep. All popular dubstep artists pretty much sound alike to me. I'm a fan of Excision/Datsik, Bassnectar(not so much his newest stuff but meh), and Skrillex. Although I love Skrillex, I'm not too fond of deadmaufive.

Dub is a different story, Skream and most of the related artists are fantastic.
