I actually don't like the Mangler

Single shot is too slow and doesn't have a very large damage radius, and the person I'm targeting either disappears or kills me before I can let a charged shot loose.

I agree, the enforcer is ridiculous, the Brass Beast, not so much, deadly around corners if you have it wound, if not...pyros can even kill you. But it is quite impressive that the Brass Beast can kill a heavy being healed by a medic even if he is shooting at you.

It's kind of funny because I was thinking of TF2 promo items for Gratuitous Space Battles once and one of my ideas was a man-portable quantum torcreep launcher that would have functioned similarly to this in regards to charging attacks.

Suggestions for minor nerfing (the items are cool, I think they're unique and have an awesome aesthetic but something reeks of "straight upgrade')

Both:

* Shouldn't function underwater. Kind of wierd that these can fire underwater. They seem too electrical and stuff.

Cow Mangler 5000:

* Increased self damage. That's one mean-looking laser, so some increased self damage would be reasonable. Would put an emphasis on putting some space between you and your target.

Righteous Bison:

* I dunno. Seems like a fairly reasonable weapon.

The only step up left in Rocket Launchers are the Valve ones.
Also the Promo coupon gets you a free Bison Gun, the pin is gained by buying the Victory Pack.
