And if we are going to help with the problem (Despite this not being a Steam tech support forum) we need more info then "It won't work!"

Do you mean "it won't" open as in, it says it's signing into your account, but nothing happens after, or you start it up, and nothing happens before you even get to sign in?

When you click on the icon to run Steam do any Steam windows appear or does nothing happen at all?
