If you're referring to when he blacklisted someone, it clearly says in the rules that the blacklist denies apps before they are even made by the person

I'm sure that a clan leader has all rights to do that.  If they don't like the person it's not like they are legally obligated to accept the person if their build is amazing.

When I ran a clan that never even took flight back in 2009 or something, I dismissed a BUNCH of people from even getting in simply because of their name.

I also denied lots of people before they built apps in the clan server because I had already seen them build and they pretty much built stuff.
