Author Topic: How did you discover Blockland?  (Read 3119 times)

Before the internet?
It was a dig site full of spiderwebs
Therefore it's a website
also the webs spelled blockland

Found TBM through a Bionicle fan site.  Accidentally launched v0002 instead of TBM.  Found RTB1, etc. etc.

Oh, I get it.

I had the old lego Idesighn where you could make you own builds online then purchase those for real life... Eventually me and my friends compared these and one of us had bought Blockland and he showed us it... ect and we all played on the game and it was utmost addictive

About 5-6 years ago, my brother was looking at a list of free online games, and Blockland (v0002) showed up. He downloaded it and tried it. (We only had one computer at this time)

When I was on it, I asked him what this "Blockland" was. He said it's an online lego game but the multiplayer doesn't work. So I start a server and start building something, however, I didn't see any saving features, so I left the game running and went to school. I came home at lunch to see a bunch of people building a crapload of stuff.

So yeah. That's how I discovered it.

Bisjac convinced me to try it out.
