Terraria is fun, and I've been hooked recently, but it's design, execution, and overall lack of things to do at certain points, ruins it.

It came out mid-May, bro, it's not gonna be a 2D WoW if that's what you were expecting. I do give the devs credit for how often they update it and some of the things they plan on adding in the future, should make things interesting.

Minecraft has a stuff community and never gets updates, while terraria has overall more features.

Minecraft didn't even go for combat, which is why I like it because it went for more sandbox and building elements.
