Terraria Start-Up

Okay, so I don't know what I am doing wrong here.
I download Terraria on my Windows 7 Ultimate
PC, and all it does is perform the first time setup, every time.
I don't know what to do...
Can someone help me?

Try to uninstall Terraria, install XNA Redist 4.0 and reinstall Terraria and run, or just try to install XNA Redist 4.0.

Restart your computer. If that doesn't work, Then get it to run as administrator. if that doesn't work, than re-download it from a different mirror. If that doesn't work, well, then, play minecraft. it's like terraria in 3D! :D

How do I get it to run as an Admin?
And yes, my base computer is a mac.
