There are some mouses with 5 buttons, like right click, left click, scroll, mouse4 and mouse5
I don't know if mouse4 is called anything. and they are located on the side of the mouse, easy to click.

Oh, i used to play cod4 and then a dog jumped on me, i had to click mouse5 to get it away, and i was like "WTF IS MOUSE5!? MY GAME IS TROLLING ME!"
Until the next day, then my brother stopped laughing and told me where it is :P

Oh look at that. I can bind the 3rd and 4th buttons but not the 5th. So the two thumb buttons are both considered button 4.

The last one is mouse5 and fails.
