need help remenbering a game

I cant remember the game's name
it has terrorists we are the guys who kill them
there are 3 missions
one on a ship
one on a manssion
and another that is just training
you kill the terrorist and if you dont hurry they kill hostages
you can play as every leader of each squad (team devides in squads i think)
I think its pretty obvious its not any counter strike
omg nearly forgot
its first person
and its not futuristic

in the manssion mission you go to back put in door it blows up and then the door falls taking down anything in front of it
