Ok, if youre on windows click Start, then click Run then type in Dxdiag. After that copy and paste or screen shot all the tabs and post them here so we can help you out easier :)

Ugh...alright.  I'm going to baby you.  It's not your fault you aren't tech savvy.

First, graphics card.  Find this out by going to 'start > run > type "dxdiag" into the run box and press enter. > wait for it to load. > Then, press the display tab.  Should tell you what your card's name is.

Second, CPU.  Download CPUZ and then look through it.  Should be in 'name' or something.

Third, RAM.  I dunno, the only way I know my ram is because I built my computer.

Hey hey bro.
There is actually a difference between work computers and gaming computers. Work computers tend to have low specs comparative to gaming computers. Tell us which kind of computer you got. There's a site that compares your specs to a game's required specs. Look it up and see if your computer is compatible. If not you'll just have to deal with it and buy a new computer, if it bothers you so much.

Just do this:
1) Open command prompt
2) Type this:
Code: [Select]
dxdiag /t %UserProfile%\Desktop\mycrappycomputer.txt3) Press enter
4) Wait a few seconds
5) there should be a file on your desktop called "mycrappycomputer."
6) Make a new post, but before submitting, click Additional Options. Click the browse button and go to your desktop. Double-click "mycrappycomputer"
7) Post
8) Wait for somebody to look at it.
