Ugh...alright. I'm going to baby you. It's not your fault you aren't tech savvy.
First, graphics card. Find this out by going to 'start > run > type "dxdiag" into the run box and press enter. > wait for it to load. > Then, press the display tab. Should tell you what your card's name is.
Second, CPU. Download CPUZ and then look through it. Should be in 'name' or something.
Third, RAM. I dunno, the only way I know my ram is because I built my computer.
I don't have a start. I'm using a laptop.
