I think there may be a Anti-Funky Shirt script. I've been to a few servers where it says the player has been kicked for sending too many avatar change requests. It's out there somewhere. I think it might've come with v19 since it does look like the mod that says the player has been kicked for sending too many trust requests.

changing model colors is completely different than spawning emitters and then magically blocking them out.
really stop trying seeing as you don't seem to even know what you're talking about.
