how can you make a story that not suited for younger people when you're only 9 :I

Ok, the last part was kinda off. I'll make it happier cause you guys can't take screaming.
While walking on the trail, he saw a 10 dollar bill. When he picked it up it was 100!
"Epic, but it's not gonna get me very far." He said. He went to the shop and bought some shoes and better clothes. and got a haircut. He was expecting to be called on by his steps, mostly because he did all there work. He needed to hide his face. He also bought a jug of milk (Small) And some baloney. While the cashier was having problems with the cash register, he looked around and saw a picture of him on a poster. "Hurry up!" He said to the cashier
"Hold your horses! I've almost got it." He replied. When he got done he was out of that store as fast as you can say "Change?". He happened to bump into a police while speeding down the sidewalk. "Hmm going a little fast ain't we?" He said. "Uhh... Sorry...Sir." He said nervously. The police gave him a stern look, then continued along the road. Alex had a sigh of relief. Then he continued walking. He looked at his money and counted "59...60.".
He had 60 dollars left.
