i dont have problems like this because i dont use steam for every single game. there's no "payment dispute" if you pay the cashier 50 bucks and have the game and serial number in hand.

You don't get it. You're not going to have problems like these because you're not going to buy a game off Steam and MANUALLY revoke your payment to them. That's the only way to get a payment dispute unless you decide to use a stolen credit card.
