Pretty straightforward, do you believe women should be allowed to get abortions?

I do, because I think a woman has the right to make choices for herself.

Do you believe Capital Punishment (aka, the death sentence) should be allowed?

I do. But being death and all, you shouldn't just hand it out willy-nilly, I think only murderers and terrorists deserve it. I've seen people talk about whether or not rapists should get it, but I believe they shouldn't. Sure, rape is something that scars people for life sometimes, but at least they didn't kill you. I guess severe treason can also get you the ticket to hell through Capital Punishment too.

EDIT: But to get executed, they need to be certain you committed the crime. Like, 110% certain. I also don't think you should get killed via a torturous way, or something that takes too long (I.E, electric chair, stoning, hung etc. etc.) I'd rather get shot to death from a firing squad than get pelted with stones until I die. I don't think the firing squad should be used, unless the soldiers are stone cold they're going to feel terrible. Killing somebody that's shooting back and trying to kill you is different from shooting someone who is completely unarmed and helpless. Many soldiers and law enforcement officers have been haunted with the memory of killing someone who was trying to kill them too, a criminal facing the 'squad is completely defenseless.

A)Civvies should be allowed to buy automatic weapons (I.E, AK-47)
B)Should be allowed to carry a concealed handgun
C)Need more "provement" that they are capable of handling guns (A few day training course bi-annually)

I think civvies shouldn't be allowed to buy automatic weapons, it's just too dangerous for anybody to be able to buy a weapon of that grade. I think you should be able to carry a concealed handgun anywhere, in any state. I really think people need to be able to prove they can shoot their guns and actually hit what they're aiming for, and they need to take the course on the gun they purchased. You can't train somebody for a day with a .22 and expect them to be able to perform under stress with a .40.

that's not the point. The point is the murderer has to live with the fact that he/she killed someone, not plea for sympathy.

it's only justifiable in certain circumstances. the number one purpose of jail should be to rehabilitate someone for their crimes. normal people don't just go out and murder other people, something causes that. people can be taught not to commit crimes, you just have to try. if they can't be taught and are proven to be mentally stable, then yeah, capital punishment for severe crimes.

There's no logic in that. You're killing someone who killed a person so you are doing exactly the same thing. Capital punishment is handicapped. At least if they're put in jail and released after some years they may have learned something out of it. When you kill them, they can't.

You don't understand. Let me put it this way, would you much rather live your life knowing you murdered your family, or put an end to your life right then and there? Murderers aren't normal people. They're insane. Keeping them captive whilst their insane like that can lead to severe torture to the human mind.
