Server Rules

A list of infractions you may receive on the MicroBlock server. These are actively enforced. Simple common sense will allow you to avoid any issues.
1. Spamming: 7 Day BanSpamming the server maliciously or with intent to clutter the map will result in a one week ban for any user, regardless if they are actively on the server or offline. Spammers will lose all of their bricks. Spam includes, but is not limited to:- 1.1 Placing bricks inappropriately, and / or in unjustified places, including inappropriate choices of bricks, excluding those used for visual effect or intentional design.
- 1.2 Placing an inappropriate amount of bricks over (but not exclusively on) an unnecessary area.
- 1.3 Placing bricks for obstruction and / or to be used as event traps.
- 1.4 Placing bricks for temporary access to items or vehicles.
- 1.5 Bricks which are de-rendered for no justified reason and / or serve no purpose as a build.
- 1.6 Builds which utilize events in an unnecessary way, used for (but not exclusively) malicious practice.
- 1.7 Use of loading scripts and macro's to load default builds and / or spam duplicates.
A ban will only be enforced in cases considered serious. Spammers may also be kicked, banned for a longer time due to the severity and consistency for the offense, or in less severe cases may avoid any punishment.
2. Derogatory Behavior: Kick - 48 Hour BanDerogatory comments and behavior is not acceptable.- 2.1 Comments which complain about or devalue MicroBlock, its members, or its administrators, excluding non-members.
- 2.2 Making offensive remarks to applicants or applicants builds.
- 2.3 Degrading eventing, the clans purpose, or the presence of an administrator or host-- if you don't like what we do, just leave.
3. External Misdemeanor: 7 Days - PermaAbusing admins, clan members, or harassment outside of the main server can affect your ability to connect to us in the future.- 3.1 People who continue to argue, harass, or enforce aggressive retaliation as the result of actions of an administrator, via IRC or on other servers may experience extended ban time. In worser cases, if the user banned shows aggressive behavior and strong verbal attacks (following reasonable action by an administrator) a perma ban may be considered.
- 3.2 Users who excessively treat an admin or member poorly, who represents MicroBlock as a member (or is an administrator on behalf of the clan). This may include but is not limited to harassment, impersonation, and / or verbal abuse.
A ban may be enforced for people who are considered trolling under this rule.
Appeal

How to correctly appeal a decision by an administrator, or for victims of badminism to file a complaint against an administrator
Appeal a BanYou can appeal a ban by posting here. It is important you list the approximate time (and / or day) of ban, who you believe issued it (or who was present as an admin at the time if you remember) the reason for the ban, and your reason for wanting it reduced or removed. You may be eligible for ban removal under the following circumstances:
- You have had a ban that extends more than 24 hours.
- You have been banned for a time that exceeds the rule list above and wish to appeal.
- You seek another chance / are sorry for your actions / believe you are ready to return early.
- You believe you were unfairly banned, please refer to below for details.
You are not eligible for a ban appeal if:
- You are banned for less than 24 hours; just deal with it.
- You share a key with a sibling; we can not filter two users under one ID, that is your problem to solve.
- You had your ban extended under any of the terms under part 3. of the rule list.
- You were banned multiple times
Some blacklisted users may be eligible for an appeal. If this is you, please check to see if you are able to appeal.Report a BadminYou can report an admin you feel has treated you and / or others badly. MicroBlock will investigate and, if it finds your claim to be legitimate, will take action. Badminism is taken very seriously.
To report a badmin, you must have the name and / or ID of the person you believe is the offender. You must specifically list reasons why you think they are a badmin, referencing events (for example, "When I was last there I witnessed him destroy someones app for fun because he didn't like his avatar"). Please post the complaint here or PM Sheath if you want to remain anonymous. Above all, be patient. It may take time to resolve the problem.
You can report an admin for any of the following:
- Unjustified ban; banning for a reason not included on the list, with so suitable grounds, evidence, or and / or reasoning.
- Being targeted by an admin unfairly in an act of discrimination, be it related to race, gender, age, ID, or related to a past grievance.
- Having your builds deleted for an unjustified reason.
- Being kicked for no justified reason.
- Being wanded, teleported, threatened, or harassed as the result of an admins power.
If you have another reason, please still file a complaint, but be aware we may not act on it. We will definitely respond to you however.
