Starving yourself slows down your metabolism, making you more vulnerable to fat.

Well, too bad, exercise and eating healthy is the only way. 

i eat a little though lol

ive had 400 calories today, usually i eat 2000

Yeah, we are about the same with proportions, where is your fat located, if you have fat that is?

Yeah, I weigh 140 and im not over weight.
Its not a big deal, and it doesnt matter if you eat a little, your body actually NEEDS around 2,000 calories today.
If you want to loose weight, dont eat things with a lot of sugar, and watch how many carbohydrates you eat.


I need to tone up. I'm average weight, but not muscular as I would hope.


I lost 35 pounds without knowing.

I'm extremely underweight.

If you have medical problems like me, you'd lose pounds fast.
