All I have to say, is foo, im 14 and weigh around 117 pounds. You probably shouldnt loose weight and work more on gaining more MUSCLE weight.

i dont have anorexia or i wouldnt weigh this much to start with lol
weighing 120 pounds is healthy at 13, wtf.
maybe not at 10, or 11, but at 13 that's very good.
seriously i'm convinced you have anorexia and if you don't open your eyes to that then you're forgeted.

Jog every morning, increase cardiovascular workout. That's fundamental weight loss.

I'm a tad over 90 in both height and weight. As long as your percentages match you should be okay.

If you're 13 and 120 lbs you're sort of fine.  Unless most of the weight is in fat, though.  If it's muscle that's making you heavy then you're completely fine.



You are so stupid at a whole new level. By not eating, not only is your body eating away at your fat reserves, it's also destroying muscle tissue. Oh and I'm sure you already know all about the various other diseases/disorders that can result from not eating too right?
