I didnt say that, Im saying that most of the time, Forumers tend to flood stuff addons/decals/anythingelse with views a/o posts. I dont see any bumps on topics for add-ons on RTB and some Forum addons. again, people just tend to download the addon and move on.

nobody ever posts that after about 2 or 3 days it's out, they just download without commenting or rating. and you can go to the add-ons section and go to RTB Listing and comment/bump those topics.
