Incorrect, my kind sir.
The person below me has a bad case of bad breath, which more than likely means he/she doesn't brush his/her teeth. If that is the case, everyone would try to avoid the person below me because they don't feel like dealing with their foul breath, which would hurt his/her self-esteem a lot because no one would want to be around them. Its more than likely that the person below me has been pushed out of society and is only left with us, the Blockland forums, and this is a very sad thing.
