While I like graphics I can't imagine how annoying a game with bad sound would be. Not so great graphics are workable, at least.

Yes I did. My point is, sound contributes to the aesthetics. If the sound really fits the game, it contributes to the aesthetics, then I'd choose sound over graphics.

Minecraft is one of the worst looking games ever (dont get me wrong, I love it :D) but the music is amazing :)
