Author Topic: Kochieboy needs a quick fix for his insomnia  (Read 1017 times)

Well lately I've been having problems with getting to sleep too slow, it takes me 1-2 hours before I fall asleep. I try listening to music, I try NPR Radio (Classical Music), I even try eating cereal before bed. But nothing works. I sit there with my eyes closed but no sleep. How do you guys get yourself to sleep.

I've been having the same problem.  I told my dad about it and he said this:

close your eyes and breath deeply, in through your nose, out through your mouth.  Then every time you exhale you make it longer and deeper than the last one.

Works for me.

sleeping pills

I'm going to ask my doctor about that the next time I see him.

I just curl up in a ball and within 3 minutes I'm sleeping.

How about
before you go nappy, go outside for 30 minutes, take a walk or just stare at the sky

try holding your eyes open for as long as you can, dont close them if you can help it.
By the time you realise you closed your eyes, it will be morning.
