It's packet loss. I get it too.

Next update will involve building.
Players ARE SUPPOSED to be black cubes.
And don't try to play, as the game won't load if the server's offline.

Update:
Next update will hopefully involve the following:
1. Player names over heads.
2. Player "models" (a rectangle with eyes and mustache)
3. The ability to choose at least four colors for your fact and name.
4. (Protocol) The ability to index and delete blocks for the sevrer.
5. Command to place and delete blocks of your own. (basically building)
