Author Topic: Looking for a reliable fallout 3 mod source.  (Read 1967 times)

I don't normally check out mods for games but I am kind of annoyed how you can't use iron sights for fallout 3. So what I want is iron sights and ammo weight, where can I find a reliable source?

Also if for some reason I decide to remove the mods will my save file become corrupt after?

Woah I just got Fallout 3 for PC and I'd like this too.

I played it on the Xbox, and some weapons are iron-sight enabled.

fallout nexas is the stuff man!

And your save may or may not corrupt depending on the mod.

My files won't corrupt if I decide to remove the mods, right?

What, like your original FO3 Files? Only if the mod changes an original (And I've never seen one that did, I'm not even sure if one can.)

Always make backup saves before installing any mods, just in case.

What does iron sights and ammo weight consider as then?

Is this what you are looking for?

Edit:

And here is your weight mod

More edit:

I'm pretty sure FO3 has a downloadable mod-manager, instead of un-installing a mod you can simply disable it without any harm to the game.

How do I even get the mods to show up in the Fallout Mod Manager?

Put the esp file in the Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Data folder. The Mod Manager should load them up from there.

K well I finally got mods to work with FOMM. I load fallout 3 with iron sights and my loving game crashes.

did you read installation and make sure you downloaded FOSE?
