i dont think they will win. but its worth a try. a business has to make the attempt.
once a copy-write or patent is allowed, its no small task debating it later. some stuff pends for 20 years before its awarded. you gotta start it while you can, if you can afford to.

i agree its rediculous. however this seems to be more a topic about what games are better.

I dont think thats a bug, I think it forces you to have a enclosed lit room so that if you didnt have a bed you wouldnt get killed still, I just make a dirt house while my real house is being made :P
