Scrolls was a bad idea for a game anyway. You can't just make one of the most popular and revolutionary games in history, walk away from it and make a videogame version of Magick. They should have made a game that defined their style, like a zombie survival sandbox game or a 3D RPG.

i love how everyone is voting no in the poll. 10 bucks people are only voting no because of minecraft and since they think notch is a god

i hardly play minecraft because it's boring and repetative and multiplayer is solid griefers anymore but bethesda is still handicapped for suing

actually I voted no because this is a handicapped reason to sue

I would vote no if it had less exclamation points

I'm buying Skyrim, but only so I can make fun of how awful it is!
Trololol

I voted no, having the word "scroll" is no excuse for suing others, thats just bullstuff.

I hope they won't sue companies for having "the" in titles.

bethesda is probably just desperate for money after brink. :cookieMonster:

Dont worry notch isnt using it anyhow  :cookieMonster:

Well, it's PLANNED to be out of beta but of course with every update there are more things broken than fixed.  So ultimately the game will remain a buggy piece of stuff.
Just because it's being released doesn't mean Mojang is going to stop updating it. And besides, almost every popular game today has a few bugs

So what exactly is going to happen now? Are they changing the name, did Notch pay a fine so he could use it? Notch is a millionaire anyway :3

Come to think of it, there is hardly any scrolls in the game itself.
