We're not saying that.  Hell, if they're weak, they'll die off on their own.
The weak still have place in this society. Religion is necessary for a vast majority of the weak because religion helps the weak feel supported.

Banning religion wouldn't help any thing.

Religion isn't a burden to society as some may take it.

You know where people were taught to kill off the weak? In national socialist schools back in WW2. This pathetic excuse for an ethical belief is terrible for the growth of society as a whole.
I'm not saying to kill them. I'm saying that if you're too weak to live without religion then too bad.

Now ask yourself this; Would they need a religion if they were never taught a religion?

Now ask yourself this; Would they need a religion if they were never taught a religion?

Hint:  The answer is no.

And this whole natural selection bullstuff is absolutely stupid. Letting people die is basically the same thing as killing people.

Religion is necessary, and that's a final. Without it, a vast majority of the population would feel unsupported and would lack in faith.

Not everyone has the power that you ignorant dumbasses do, so just lay off and allow them to enjoy their freedom of religion.

I'm gonna go shoot myself and it's all your fault.

Religion is necessary
No it isn't.

I'm gonna go shoot myself and it's all your fault.
That isn't the point. You totally missed the point.

Removing religion would leave people unsupported. You're never going to remove religion, ever. It's impossible.

LOL, you're dumb as stuff!   :cookieMonster:

Sure we will.
I'm going to start by not corrupting my children's minds with the bullstuff organized religions love to spew.
Since the moment religion stopped being socially forced on people, it started dying.

True, this.  Also, religion is now just an excuse to be a colossal douchebag.  Essentially, it gives you an excuse to hate EVERYTHING, and when you actually do something helpful/nice, you're only doing it because "god told [you] to".

You ignorant atheists see religion as nothing but a burden to society, a realm of spewing hate and nonsense. I'm atheist myself, but I fully understand and support the need for religion in some parts of the society.

Religion isn't entirely evil. Religion helps support others, and give people guidelines to life.

Whether or not you agree with those guidelines is completely irrelevant, because plenty of people get off fine with religious guidelines today.

Just because YOU want it removed doesn't deem it purposeless to the rest of society.

I haven't had faith, at least in a religion, for almost a decade now.

I believe, as time goes on, the need for religion will slowly cease to exist. As science begins to explain more of what religion cannot, peoples faith in a God or gods will go away.

So much this.  Religion will eventually be deemed useless, and die out.  I'm not saying I hate it, I'm just saying it has no point anymore.  It served its purpose a LONG time ago, and now it's time for it to die.
