During this backdoor, it's possible to make a connection object, which the suspect can use to eval while not on the server.

This isn't hacking. It's poor hosting ability. Try telling kyle to stop using crap-ons. They're on that list for a reason.

Yes, by "no backdoor" I meant that the OP doesn't really have a backdoor exploit on the server.
