- Fixed a case where Steam Guard would unnecessarily re-ask for activation in the Steam Client.
- Fixed offline mode not working if there was no remembered password.

Got the top one when I got on this new computer. Second one, my games weren't working... Not sure if it was related, but my internet was out and I thought at least Amnesia Demo would work.
