Brute from Amnesia
Badspot from blockland main adventure mode

Wheatley / GLaDOS.
Easy.

The only good villains I consider are the ones that don't do evil just for the sake of personal gain, but to do evil because that's the only way they can survive.

Jack of Blades, from Fable: The Lost Chapters.

fontaine of bioshock and wheato

Helghast (kz3)
the tormenter(dead space 2)

dave from fallout 3
even though i didnt do his quest and shot him in the face, his gun was awesome

Bowser is honestly my favorite since I'm Nintendo's bitch such a fan of the Mario series. Bowser in my opinion is a well rounded and humorous Koopa King.
GlaDOS is probably the darkest I'll get to. She was quite the antagonist in the first game. Her only matter is getting science done.

Metro Cops, they're so fun to kill :3

The Knights Templar from the Assassin's Creed series.
The organization that nearly everyone is familiar with, regardless of whether or not one's played Assassin's Creed. The game series sheds new light on the group that we all thought before to be benevolent, saying that, to have a perfect world, they would enslave the entire population with divine magic and have been trying to do so since the creation of Adam and Eve. Their leaders throughout the game series: Robert de Sable, Rodrigo Borgia, Cesare Borgia, and all of the abhorrent deeds commited by their innumerable conspirators, make them the most chilling video game villains I have ever encountered.
The game even lists famous historical figures as members of the Templar order: Grigori Rasputin, Henry Ford, even Thomas Edison. Those whom we thought to be great minds and benevolent figures of world history are suddenly warped and twisted into what we know to be Templars by playing the Assassin's Creed series: Cruel, heinous men and women with a ravenous hunger for world domination.

It's not like any of this is real, anyway. So there's nothing to worry about.

I love him because he's probably one of the biggest richards I have ever encountered.

Also, why are the biggest jerks named Gary?

Gary Oak, Gary Smith, Gary clones from fallout 3, etc....
