Hey my friend is buying a laptop for around $350. Here is one that we think is good.
We want to know if it can run TF2, Minecraft, Blockland, and Terraria.
also if you have any other laptop suggestions, just post em.

I'd be amazed if that thing could run windows 7, lol. It's got a dual core 1.7 processor, lol.

My HD Radeon 5670 can run pretty much anything. It runs TF2 at around 100fps usually with anti-aliasing on.

Yeah. It's probably the best you're gonna get for that price.

6480G is in no way better than your 5670.

It's confusing but yeah.
Each series (5XXX, 6XXX etc) has a lineup. Each card in the lineup is numbered in order from best to worse (worst being say 6310, best 6990), however the numbering system doesn't carry over between series'.
But it can be used as a general guideline that say a 5670 isn't as good as a 6670. There are a few exceptions though.
