pretty sure we're talking about different kinds of implants though.. project nevada includes a whole new interface, as well as a sort of mini-quest to find doctors capable of implanting them and a book to teach other doctors to do the same.

@littledude, i found like 8 in the nipton town hall. are the ones with bedrolls statistically different? and do you know where to find em?

depends what game, you can spend them on hookers in FO2
but if it's  FO:NV I'd say you should spend them on drugs and Fixers and go on a knife-rampage in a stripper's outfit in a casino
