I can't find any quartz or victory nuka cola. That stuff is extremely rare.

Perhaps there should be a Ghoul perk available at the highest level that not only makes radiation heal you, but also makes you friendly with feral ghouls and Super Mutants. And even makes you look like a ghoul.

Mods are fun.
I sometimes enjoy mods more than I enjoy the game itself.
