Yes, it is someone named Plaz but he isn't the ever-feared Plaz.
He did nothing wrong worth mentioning but he got a 2nd key.
And he said he helped me with my jail RP back in '09.
And then he gave me this riddle.

I like how he makes a game out of it but i have not a single clue to who it might be.
Anyone any idea?
Also; I verified it and no it's not Robo Noob.
Who I would expect to do this.
