Anyway, this is very easily possible, search up Night Vision Goggles, open them up, change the model to a pair of sunglasses (Easier than it sounds) and edit the script/image so instead of being green, it dims everything.

I know what the OP means.

In v0002 when you had a helmet with a visor on, the screen would be tinted with whatever color the visor was. That's what the OP wants, except for sunglasses.

Well, the hat mod is a random change that you will acquire a hat from its list which it tells you in chat. So the change of getting the specific hat you want it kind'a low.
