Take this from one of the guys that gives girl advice to people that ask.

Talk to her, ask her how her day has been. Listen to her, women like to be listened to.

Talk to her for some time, but hint on that you like her, eventually telling her that you like her. Then keep talking to her, and if she hints that she likes you, ask her out.
