No it wouldn't. Occupation of a country the size of Canada would be near impossible and a transatlantic/transpacific invasion has never been successful with the exception of the European invasion of the Americas circa the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. Guerrilla forces would be impossible to suppress and the Canadian military would have too many footholds that a beachhead would take centuries to funnel enough troops for a full-fledged invasion.

Besides, what's so valuable about Canada that a superpower would requisition so much resources to take?

I actually know many people who served in wars. My grandfather was a medic, and a guy I know on steam served in the middle east. Both of them lived, but had to live with shell shock for a while. That's why I'm most likely not going to enlist.
