A B2 or NightHawk can't be a VTOL. NightHawk- "Kiwibær: it was also decomissioned i think because it was so hard to fly. without computers it would literally not take off."
B2- Just too freaking oddshaped and would never take of vertically.
We don't want the bombers to be VTOLs, that would be stupid.
